I first joined RS as interim Group ESG Reporting & Engagement Lead in 2021 to support in the delivery of the Group's 2022 Annual and ESG Reports. Collaborating with internal stakeholders over the reporting season, I delivered clear, compelling and compliant copy to showcase RS' progress against its ambitious 2030 ESG strategy, and its purpose to make amazing happen for a better world. In addition to Group reporting, I also led on: - RS’ EcoVadis submission, which was awarded a Platinum medal (top 1% globally) - Developing an ESG Supplier Engagement pack to onboard >2,700 suppliers - Sustainable Product Guidelines to promote the Group's c.20,000 Better World Products - Impactful investor presentations, internal comms and online copy In 2024, I returned to RS for a second season to lead in the delivery of their ESG reporting, communications, and to complete another successful EcoVadis submission which achieved a higher Platinum rating. I also supported RS in setting up the structure of its future reporting by commencing alignment to ESRS as part of its journey towards CSRD.
