Reporting into the Group CFO, I helped to compile and draft ESG content for the Morgan Sindall's 2024 Annual Report and oversee several key communications deliverables. As part of the role, I worked closely with the ExCo, Responsible Business Committee, and senior leadership to provide strategic guidance on emerging ESG regulations. This included maintaining compliance with TCFD, ISSB, and SECR, as well as drafting the Group’s Modern Slavery Statement and contributing to Gender Pay Gap reporting. In addition to strategic development, I supported internal and external communications, advised on the Group’s Total Commitments ESG framework, and contributed to performance monitoring across sustainability ratings such as MSCI and S&P Global. By refining core messaging, I helped to sharpen the Group's ESG narrative - aligning it with investor expectations and demonstrating how their approach supports the Group’s ambition to do better, better, and better again for its stakeholders.
