If your data is valuable, it's best not to try recovery yourself – this can lead to unnecessary loss of data.Be very wary of tools which claim to sort out your hard drive. One program which does more harm than good is the error-checking utility which comes with Windows, and often runs automatically when there is a disk problem – if it tries to run while Windows is starting, hit the SPACEBAR immediately. You do not have to remove the hard drive yourself. We can collect the computer with the hard drive still inside – which may protect the drive from further damage – or we can collect just the drive itself.We normally collect and deliver to these areas – other areas in Middlesex and West London may be a possibility (please ring):

The drive should be enclosed in an antistatic bag, then put into a box with padding packed all around it (layers of bubble-wrap are best, crumpled newspaper will do).It's best if you can then put the box into a jiffy bag. Don't forget to include your own contact details. Send by Special Delivery at Post Office, or by any other method which offers proof of delivery and insurance of contents. We Also Repair Computers
